To cancel an order, please contact XDRIER at [email protected] or (888) 575-9918 within 24 hours of placing your order. If the product has already been shipped, a transaction fee may apply, depending on the payment method.
Note: Order cancellations can only be processed on business days and during business hours. To ensure a timely response, we recommend submitting your cancellation request during these times.
Refund or replacement eligibility depends on the reason for the return:
- Defective Products – If the product is defective and XDRIER is responsible, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. XDRIER will cover all shipping fees.
- Other Reasons – For returns due to a mistaken purchase or no longer needing the item, you are still eligible to return it. However, the product must be unopened. We do not accept returns for opened items unless they are defective. In these cases, the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee will be your responsibility. Additionally, any damage to the product while in your or the courier’s possession may be deducted from the refund. XDRIER also reserves the right to decline return requests in specific cases.
Thus, the defective products will undergo a thorough inspection to verify the reason for the return.
Refund Approval
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Note: Custom-made items or products with personalized labels are excluded from the 30-day refund policy.
Delayed or Missing Refund
If your refund has not been processed after 5 business days, please contact your bank. Some credit card companies or banks have specific processes and time frames before the credit or refund appears in your account.
If the original payment method is no longer available or active (such as in cases of lost or canceled cards), you will need to get in touch with your bank to ensure the funds are redirected appropriately.
